Gagua Amiran  father’s name Tevdore (born on 27.12.1930 – Sokhumi) a singer (lyric tenor). Popular Georgian artist who was received in the company of actors of Tbilisi Opera  just after graduating from the conservatoire. During his prolonged career he has sung almost all leading parts for lyric tenors, among them note should be made of: Kote (“Keto and Kote” by Victor Dolidze), Baron Rozen (“Arsena” by A. Bukia), Alfred (“Rigoletto”,”Traviata”  by G.Verde), Phaust (“Phaust” by Ch. Gounod), Rudolf (“Bohema” by G. Puccini), Ernesto (“Don Pasquale” by G. Donizetti), Tamino, Don Ottavio (“The magic flute”, “Don Giovanni”, by Mozart), Salosi (“Boris Gudonov” by  Mussorgsky”) etc. A. Gagua has a nice voice with a great range, artistism. Studio “Melody” has  recorded an opera “Keto and Kote” by him.
