Gagua Otar , father’s name Evgeni An honored Georgian journalist. He was a director of an Olympic boarding school and has brought up many famous sportsmen. He was the first head of an amateure football team of Tbilisi, also  a member of  the presidium of football federation of Tbilisi and Georgia,  a researcher of Georgian football history and the author of several books and publications. Since the year 1990 he has been the general director of Ltd “Journalist”. He is a member of the editorial board of an encyclopedia
